Junior Financial Documentation Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Day-to-Day
As a Junior Financial Documentation Specialist you prepare and administer financial documents, support the invoicing process and ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoicing documentation: collect costs and productive hours, explain invoices to clients.
• Support monthly SAP invoicing runs and creation of project/WBS elements; prepare and verify intra-group contracts.
• Coordinate with function leads, end-users, support teams and business-controlling peers.
• Maintain department documentation and compile reports for financial controls and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry legal and tax requirements.
• Validate tax packages ordered by GMM for our delegates and check GMM-charged delegation costs.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field; first professional finance experience advantageous.
• Communicative English (B2).
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, diligence, high quality focus, strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
